Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of sales expertise, customer service proficiency, and a proven track record in cold calling. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid-remote work, with potential relocation to our headquarters in Wasaga Beach.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client referrals and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques with a demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and basic computer skills.
  • Real estate and mortgage knowledge is considered an asset (mortgage license not required).
  • Willing to relocate to Wasaga Beach or ability to commute as needed.
