We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Mortgage Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential mortgage clients, building strategic relationships, and generating high-quality leads through both digital and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality mortgage leads through various online and offline channels.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and follow up consistently.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and community networks.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the mortgage or real estate industry.
